Mission Statement

​We are a gymnastics program that strives to create a fun, safe environment for every child, emphasizing the development of strength, flexibility, coordination and gymnastics skills. We believe that the simple joy of running, jumping, cartwheeling, and flipping through childhood promotes the physical confidence and body awareness needed to pursue any athletic adventure!

Dress Code or Classes

Apparel Policy

Tucked in T-shirts and shorts OR Leotards - please NO SKIRTS

​

Hair should be pulled neatly and securely from face so that it stays up for the entire workout.  Girls should not wear bows or other large hair ornaments that may cause discomfort during activity.

 

The only jewelry permitted is post earrings and medical bracelets.  Please no hoops, watches, rings, bracelets etc. PLEASE LEAVE JEWELRY ARTICLES AT HOME. 

 

This facility's staff will not be responsible for ANY items that may be lost or stolen. Be sure your student's personal items are marked with their name.

Arrival and Pickup

Be sure your student arrives 5 minutes before (no earlier please) their scheduled class time.

 

Pick up your student on time.

 

Inform us if you know you will be late picking up your student. Instruct your student to wait inside the building and you should escort them from the building to your car.

 

During peak times the parking lot is crowded. Please take into consideration that our students may include young children. Please drive slowly and carefully. Do not take a chance on your student running to and from your car.

Makeup Classes

We offer make-up classes as a courtesy, however, they are not guaranteed.

Make up classes are subject to availability.  

​

We allow one make-up class per month, and your gymnast must be currently enrolled to use their makeup token.

​

Gymnasts ages 6 and older may use Open Gym as a make-up.

​

There are no refunds or credits for missed classes.

​

Please notify the gym of any known vacations or other dates your gymnast will not attend class. 

​

We do not issue makeup tokens for planned holiday or recreational class breaks. Please see our scheduled holiday and break closures by clicking 

illness/Covid-19

If your child is going to miss more than 4 consecutive weeks due to injury or illness you may receive a credit to use towards a future session.  Contact the gym as soon as you know your gymnast will be missing for an extended period of time.  A doctor's note is required in order to receive the credit.

 

Please do not send your gymnast to the gym for class if they exhibit any illness, COVID related symptoms or if a member of the family residing in the same household is COVID positive. 

Spot TV

Classes can be viewed from the comfort of your car, home or other location on a phone, tablet or computer via our webcam viewing service. Search the app store for "Spot TV" and download the free mobile app. Once you create an account, Fliptastic! will approve your request to access our webcams for viewing.

Session Fees

Session fees are due in full by the first class of the session in which your child is enrolled.

 

WE DO NOT GIVE CREDITS OR REFUNDS for missed classes if you drop out of a class before the session ends.

Inclusion

Inclusivity plays an important role in creating safe and welcoming environments for our community members, and this policy will help ensure athletes who identify as transgender or non-binary feel at home in our sport.  Every person should have the opportunity to participate in gymnastics with the knowledge that they will be safe and have their dignity respected.
